I was sorting through Maggie's discharge papers and am now so seriously disturbed. The caption reads:
"Never leave a child unattended in a stroller because the child may slip into a leg opening, become entrapped by the head, and die."
Is the illustration really necessary?
The lower school head at my school kept the sawed-off backrest of a chair hung on his wall after a particularly skinny first grader was freed from just such a predicament with a hacksaw.
